Yeah im real skinny and im trying to gain 20 pounds what should i do

  8. you can buy crash weight gain powder from sports shops. its a little expensive but you will gain plenty of weight and then you can exercise and turn it into muscle. hope this helps you

    i would suggest you buy those packages of stuff (kinda like crystal lite) that make you gain weight!!!

  13. Just like with losing weight, the trick is to make little adjustments. Just eating fast food is impractical and unhealthy. You just need more calories. Instead of drinking a glass of water, drink a glass of orange juice. Slather mayo on every sandwitch. Serve yourself just a little more food than you really want, then eat it anyways.

  14. Take it form someone who knows fat people. Not making fun of them but I have seen their eating habits. What your going to need is a whole diet plan. So it should probably go like this.

    Breakfast- Chocolate cake with two cup cakes.

    Lunch- Two big macs with fries and a chocolate/ vanilla shake.

    Dinner- Cookies with more cup cakes

    Dessert- Another cake with a ton of ice cream.

    Remember you do not need to eat the exact foods I have listed here. Do that for about five to six days and you'll gain those twenty pounds in no time.

    You can gain this weight by eating McDonalds, but it will be mostly fat and look very unattractive to females.

    You need to eat more healthy, just more often.  Try incorporating a protein shake in between your regular meals.  3 regular meals and 2 protein shakes a day is the equivalent of 5 meals a day! This will DEFINITELY induce weight gain.  You are probably a hard gainer like myself so this regimen is going to have to be done over a few weeks to a few months, EVERYDAY. The weight will come.  Try drinkning a protein shake between breakfast and lunch, or lunch and dinner.  Then drink one before you go to bed everynight.  

    Try lifting weights if you want to add muscle, or do pushups and situps if you are not able to get to a gym and want to keep a little tone to your mass.  No matter what, if you incorporate these extra calories into your diet, your body has no choice to respond by growing to accomodate this extra weight!!

  17. Rene Zellweger ate 4000 calories a day for her role in Bridget Jones where she had to gain 20lbs.  That might be a start.
