Everyone is born with special "gifts" and then we are taught our whole lives not to acknowledge the abilities, it was something else that is more logical, etc.  So we are out of practice.  Do some research, there are a lot of books on the market that can help you retrain yourself to do what you were born to do.

If you want to learn it, go after it.  There are no accidents.

If you are actually serious and want to be where the latest developments and training are, check with a University in your area. If you do decide to study and show promise, others will find you and you can find what goes on behind the scenes.

If it is simply an interest or to play with, Internet, library and bookstores. Th meditate, you can find the answers in the same places and I can recommend some light background music. I prefer some by Medwin Goodall, there is some tones he uses that do stimulate the Alpha levels of the brain, I have seen it used for a functional trance that even in the trance, the person continues to have a highly concentrated function.

here are 2 great sites that can help u learn psionic abilities. they have articles on esp, telekinesis, telepathy, pyrokinesis,  and cyrokinesis, but i don't know about the others on your list. personally, i was able to learn telekinesis from both sites. read the articles, give them a try. they even have articles on meditation techniques.

www.psipog.net has great articles but the community was archived

www.psionicsonline.net has an active community but the articles aren't that great in my opinion
