How do i gain weight im 13?

im 13 years old girl and i am trying to gian weight i only way 80 pounds and i am 5foot tall i did the BMI thing it shows i only have 16.7 % body fat i am underweight i eat alot but i guess i am really active so i was thinking of working out and gaining muscle please help me please list some exercises to help me gain a little muscle btw i am 13 and a girl

  1. first measure your current weight and write it somewhere. Then eat as much as you can you don'y need to watch your diet just eat anything but alot and eat healthy too. After a week or so just measaure ur weight again and see if it changed and by how much.


  2. there's this very effective pill called Cheriffer. Its really a height enchancer but because of the vitamins the pill contains it also helps in gaining weight.  

  3. brewing yeast. It has a lot of vitamin B, too. It will make you gain

    weight in a week. Either buy at pharmacies, as supplement, or in any

    place which specializes in brewing. Three pills a day/three tablespoons a day - depends on the product, and you are there. Good for bones and hair as well.

  4. I think you're okay for a thirteen year old, you'll gain weight as you grow older.

    I am also thirteen and I weigh 80 lbs and 5'6".

  5. Drink whole milk (vitamin D)

    Also get some 10 lb weights and lift some for your arms:

    Hold them then do a squat.For back of legs and butt.

    Hold them then do a lunge for lower backside and butt and legs.

    Raise your calorie intake by 350

    Eat more fatty foods such as fried,sugary, and non-diet drinks and food.

    You could gain some fat and a little muscle from doing this!

    For the weights do everything 3 times 30 each! Do it twice a day ever day but Wednesday and Sunday.
