  1. Firstly junk food is not the answer.

As long as your period is regular, and you are able to think straight most of the day then you are probably very healthy.

Drink plenty of fluids, eat regular meals of good nutritional value and sleep plenty.

Ask your Mum and Dad what they were like weight wise at your age, how different are you really from that?  If a lot thinner then see your doctor and he can undrtake some tests.

But you probably just need to wait a few years.  You'll most likley have to watch your diet the other way when you're older, especially after you have a child.

Apart from all that - Ask yourself are you being truthful about the food you eat?  Is there any chance you have an eating disorder?  Be honest as your life and future childrens lives depend on that honesty.

  2. you want to gain healthy waits not just junk food weight  so eat lots of whole grains and high calories but not high fat because you need to raise your intake of calories not fat hope i helped

  3. try weight gainer shakes

  4. First off, don't eat jjunk food. It bad for you, and although it may make you gain weight, it will cause other problems.

Try to eat foods containing alot of fat content, such as bacon, eggs, and some cheeses. Make sure to drink alot of milk, and have the occasional ice cream for dessert. After your body has taken in the daily value, the rest of it will get stored in yoru body as excess weight, and if you dont burn it off, it will stay there.

  5. eat a lot then work out about three times a week just light weight for female is fine and then eat some more. eating is really the only way but you have to know how to eat healthy and that means eat your greens.

  6. You should try eating more protien ...like " tuna-fish " etc... , eat a lot of bread , drink protien shakes ......I find that a lot of people who dont eat a lot can do better with " protien shakes " ....it's a drink that contains protiens etc. and can help you gain weight... dont go for to much junk , junk will eventually give you health problems obviously..Just change your eating habits so that you become more greedy and eat baked foods , protien shakes , tuna , bread .. things of that nature.

  7. eat lots of protien and red meat

  8. You should not eat junk!  You need to eat more calories than you burn. Lots of carbs:  pasta, potatoes, bread, etc. Make a point to eat 3 solid meals a day with 2 to 3 snacks in between those meals.  You need to make a conscious effort and the weight will form.  If you do not eat you will not gain - it's that simple.

You did not mention your height:

Health experts say ideal weight is as follows:

100 pounds for the first five feet, then 5 pounds for each inch thereafter.

  9. no junk food is not the healthiest way- the best way is to increase the calories and eat much more carbs, and protien that will help

  10. don't worry about it if it's natural for your body to be like that...it'll all even out later on
