How do i generate pace while bowling a cricket ball?

i play with both tennis and hard ball , and i am a fast bowler , but i want to increase my speed. i would like to know all the workouts and technique to generate speed.

  1. *You have to be fit.Run a lot and take care of your body.

    *Make most use of your arms.Use the arms to generate the speed.

    *Bowl a lot in the nets.The more you bowl,the more will the bowling muscles develop.


  2. Place a picture of Andrew Symonds on the back fence or wall of a nearby building or cricket net and generate a desire to knock his wicket over.

  3. Build up your chest muscles and arms...

    You can also fine tune your action to generate pace...lets say, you are right-handed and when releasing the ball, consciously push your left hand backwards...this will propel your right-arm faster...unfortunately, your line will go awry at first....with practice you can get it right...you can find this action in Brett lee and Dilharo Fernando
