How do i get Darkrai on Pokemon Diamond?

Question

Wondering if it is possible to catch Darkrai without going to an nintendo event(is it possible to catch him by just following the normal gameplay?).

Can you catch him using an Action Replay? If yes, How?

Yes, there is an Action Replay code for the item to get Darkrai. What you do is you get that item, and go to the city with the boat that lets you go to some island Iron Island I think. When you walk into the city, on the right side, walk up until you hit the hotel, either walk in using the key you recived (Darkrai Item) or some man will approach. You'll fall asleep, then Darkrai will appeaer! I reccomend saving right when you enter the city.
