How do i get HTML coding to show in a blog?

I am starting to make layouts for myspace and since i don't want to spend money on making a web site i made another myspace to put the layouts on. the only problem is i don't know how to get the HTML coding to appear in the blog for people to copy. how do i do this?

well i am not sure how to work it on myspace,i don't use the blog,but on most blogs there is a settings zone and you can choose wether or not to allow HTML embedding codes to show up
