For the flawless finish i strongly suggest bare-minerals!! I just bought bare-minerals a few months ago and now I'm addicted, its the best and great with any complexion!! As for your eyes, I'm hispanic with very dark eyes so I cant help you with that one LOL sorry!!

gold tones always bring out blue eyes

i use maybelline sunlit bronze (the 4 colored one) and wet and wild eyeliner in blue. don't forget the mascara as well. i always get compliments on my eyes.
