How do i get a 8 month old parakeet to talk?

im trying to get my unkles parakeet to talk but every time i try she just looks at me.

she knows me alot because im always thier to see her wut do i do

It takes a LOT of patience and keep repeating what you want him to say - repeat repeat and repeat  good luck

If it is a female it won't talk.  Only males talk.

haha ya just repeat everything....maybe record your voice on a tape recorder or something and play it on repeat. I know mine picked up on what my cockatiel said and even the little noises and tones he makes.  Good Luck!
