How do i get a Control panel on my laptop?

Question

when i go to start there is No Control panel how do i get one. is there like a Code or Software i can use.

oh yea and answer it i know i put it in the wrong place it dont really matter

2 ways you can look under my computer if it's not there go to RUN then type control panel.
