How do i get a GE universal remote to work with my Portland TV?

I have no buttons that say search codes or anything like that. i've tried to look online for different directions and can't seem to find anything that is working. like i said i don't have any of those buttons. it is a GE universal JC022 remote. Thanks for all your answers!

Hi Brandie,

Here are the Portland remote codes I have - 0019, 0039, 0092. If your remote uses three digits just drop the leading zero.

Use the setup button if yours doesn't have a code search. It is faster to enter the code manually.
