How do i get a Url from mi own picture?

i have a picture i want as my youtube background and the picture is mine but i dont know how can i get its Url

upload it to www.tinypic.com once its done uploading copy the url code and paste it into where it says you need the url click save and youre done!! hope this helps!! ^_^
