How do i get a bigger butt?

Mine is so small, and flattish.

  1. haveing a big butt sometines is not a good thing trust me i have one and now only like it cuz the guys like it!!!!!            chocolate will help!!!!


  2. lunges, leg lifts, SQUATS and kicking.  Try enrolling in a kick intensive martial art like tae kwon do.  You'll be surprised how quickly you will start using muscles in your butt and hips that will give you a phenominal shape and figure.  Plus, you learn to kick a little butt too.

  3. Do lots of toning exercises like lunges and kickboxing.

    They will help to make your butt round and toned.

  4. Just to squats. Even if it is hard, do them slow and go down as low as you can without making your knees go past the tips of your toes.

    Even if you can only do like 5 of them twice a day, the more you do them the more your muscles will strengthen and give you that booty!

  5. You could go to Mcdonald every day and eat =] lol

  6. eat fried chicken and have ya man rub ya butt often

    my butts an "alright size" but i wanted it bigger.

    but i learned you CANT make your butt "BIGGER"

    its just the genes in your blood.

    maybe look at your parents features when it comes to their behind lol.

    but you can have a better shape of your butt.

    squats and lunges.

    i do those and it works.!

  10. One thing that will give it an instant lift are jeans with pockets on the back. It perks you up!

  11. dont listen to all the people that say wearinq certain pants can make your butt look big . its not true if ur butts big then it will look big . im skinny but my butts big , and its still growing . eat alot of stuff like rice nd beans , peanut butter , and meat . mcdonalds and other stuff make you gain weight all over , but you can still eat it . exercise alottt so you dont get big , you will lose some weight but your thighs and butt will get a little bigger . i suggest walking a little over ten minutes everyday . just enough to gain some and lose some
