So I'm a 17 year old with a mild disability and I bike everywhere. Would it be possible to get sponsored by someone, and what would I do with their sponsorship?

Sponsorship is designed to benefit both parties, sort of like a business contract,  you advertise a product or service (sponsored) and they provide you with equipment and costs associated with entry fees.  If you're successful at what you do for them, then they may even pay you.  That is professional riding.  Like it was said earlier, You've got to ask.  start by calling or emailing TYTE rack.  they will talk to you.
