How do i get a birth certificate from puerto rico?

in need of pr birth certificate so i can obtain my drivers license.

you need to call or write to the Department of Health in Puerto Rico. Your parents or guardian can apply it for you. Then need to know your birthday and where you were born, your full name including your mother's maiden last name.
