How do i get a black and white image on LunaPic online and make some part of it in color?

i just wanna knoe like if i have a black and white photo, if i want to put color like on 1 thing, how do i do it on LunaPic online??

Not sure about LunaPic -- too many online and offline editors to use them all -- but you usually start with a color image, select the part that you want to remain in color, invert the selection (that is, select all the stuff you don't want in color), and then desaturate (or Convert to Black-And-White if that's what it's called there) the rest of the image.
