I'm 19 and have no expirence do I need to get trained and where do I go to get started

Try the Laborers International Union on Bonanza at Lamb.

Also the IBEW Local 357 on Bonanza at Lamb.  They have been accepting for the apprenticeship program for inside electricians.  Good luck.
