How do i get a cookie from these two wonderful ladies behind me in graphic design?

Seriously, try bringing something to the office yourself (doesn't have to be homemade).  Once you share with the ladies, they will be more inclined to share with you.

Do you personally know them? Ask if they are homemade. If so, say, "Those must be wonderful cookies. They smell wonderful." and ask for the recipe.

Go make them yourself after.

What department are you in?  They are "wonderful ladies", so it seems like it shouldn't be too hard, no?  If just chatting it up with them doesn't work, tell them that you have some project that requires the design team's input, then have a cookie while you are going over some sort of details...  Maybe just start off by turning around?
