How do i get a country police certificate from U.A.E when im already here in the philippines?

i really need some help and answer, what are the requirements in obtaining the said certificate and how much would it cost me? does it takes days to get that said certificate? im filling my migration papers and i need one of the requirements is that said other country police certificate if you have work/live at other country for the past 10 years and i did and i dont know how to get and where to get it..can i hired peopl to get it for me? please i need your advice thank u ..

just keep calling them "igo" untill they cry then they will give you the papers and say im very sorry sir.
