File the paper work yourself.  Go to the courthouse, ask for a divorce package and fill it out.

File the paperwork yourself. or fill out a finacial statement with the court haouse and ask for a court appointed one. if you meet the guidlines they will issue one, especially if children are involved.

you don't need a lawyer for a divorce, BUT having one is a good idea because they will protect your interests in ways that you never would have known.
