How do i get a dorito stuck inside my gums out?

i was eating dortios the other day and i accidently bit a chip the wrong way, and a bit of the chip went inside my gums. i didnt think much of it, but now the area it went into is kinda swollen but i cant get it out. i am not trying to go to the dentist, is there anything i can do to fix this?

Gently floss the area,   and Listerine swishing will help kill some of the infection.   If it gets a large infection,  you may have to go have a dentist clean it out,  before something really nasty occurs.

that sucks. you could just keep picking at it with your tongue or finger.
