  1. Your a juvie so it should be sealed when you turn 18.

  2. You don't.

  3. If tried as a child, you have hope.  If tried as an adult, you do not.

  4. You don't. However, it is not very likely a shoplifting conviction was a felony unless you stole something VERY expensive.

You can, after some time get your record sealed when you turn 18. It is NOT automatic. A lawyer can explain the process.

The conviction will always be on your record, however having it sealed reduces significantly the number of people that can see it.

  5. as said by the many of others, if you are a juvenile, usually, that can be taken care of after you are 18.  And, you can get a felony off of shoplifting.  Maybe grand theft, which in California is anything over $400.1

  6. If you were charged as an adult, it is almost impossible to have a felony removed from your record.  If you were an adult, you would have to follow the rules and laws of your state and often it involves petitioning a Clemency Board of some sort.

If you are a juvenile, your record will be restricted when you become an adult, and then you can file a request to have your record sealed.  Technically, you never get the felony off your record, as a juvenile, your record is just made so no one can see it.
