Try contacting schools in Vietnam that teach foreign languages. If they are looking for teachers, you might be able to work something out.

get a degree and then a job.  Then pay for your own flight and if you get hired by the right company you'll be reimbursed for your flight.

o.k.  you've got your degree i see.  you've also got experience, so you should know already.

There are a lot of ESL jobs posted at http://www.craigslist.org

Choose your country, and then choose Education under the jobs section.  loads of jobs listed with salaries and benefits.
