How do i get a free mug shot of my brother

i have no pictures of my brother so i was wanting his mug shot picture for free could u list some good , free sites thank u

You say, "mug shot," so I assume you mean to imply that your brother is incarcerated. If my assumption is correct, you will not be able to get his mug shot from the police station unless you jump through some hoops, like paying some kind of fee, filling out forms, waiting, etc. If he is in a prison, he should have access to an on-site photographer which is usually provided for by the warden and has an associated fee on HIS side, usually about a dollar a shot. In the federal joint, inmates have  to have money sent in from home or earn it doing menial labor, but cash is not allowed since it can be stolen and you're not exactly surrounded by honest, law-abiding citizens. He can purchase photo tickets at the commissary, and redeem them at the photographer's location. At least that's how they did it at FCI Beckley...other prisons may do things differently. In fact, they very likely do most things differently, but he should be able to locate the photographer if there's one available to him.
