How do i get a fresh skin?

Yeah! I really have some skin probs. well Im actually pale but my skin gets kinda dark really quickly sooo any suggestion dudes and dawlings???! /:

  1. Water and nuts are good for skin problems.  


  2. first of all, you need to soap your skin very well (do not scrub it too rough)

    2.put moisturizer or lotion after taking a bath and before going outside

    3.do not swim when it is still hot (or try to not swim often)

    4.always put sun cream before swimming on the beach or pool so that you will not get skin cancer or your skin will not be too dark.


  3. I am going to be the rebel here and say don't go with mineral makeup. With oily skin, it can look cakey in a few hours, especially the Bare Minerals Mineral Veil. If you don't like wearing powder, how will wearing 2 layers of heavy powder make you feel better?

    I recommend a long wearing oil-free liquid foundation. If you are into drugstore stuff, try Revlon ColorStay. If you like more prestige brands, I have the new DiorSkin Forever foundation and I love, love, love it.

    You can also try a primer under your foundation, I use Smashbox Photo Finish primer, there is a new Maybelline foundation with a primer attached to it ... I think that one is suppose to last 16 hours. The primer stops the sebum (skin oils) from interfering with your makeup. On days I am not wearing makeup, I just wear the primer to keep my oil in check.

    And yes, use the oil blotting sheets at lunch if you still need them. It is so much better than putting more powder on and looking cakey. Don't forget to wash with a gentle cleanser and use an oil-free moisturizer for oily skin twice a day. Also try squashed avacado on your face or put moisturizer. =D Hope I helped!

    anything your skin needs you can find in the kitchen. fruit, vegies, oils, nuts etc... strawberries and raspberries (mushing them up and scrubbing your skin with them) is very very good for nice skin. lettuce leaves and cucumber slices are cooling and soothing. milk can be used as a mild peel (to soften and even out skin) pour a bit on a cotton pad and swip all over face. heres a very good site for more recipes:

  5. Always wash your face in the morning and at night

    drink LOTS of water.

    Here's a good facial treatment

    First put a hot rag on your face.

    then make a mask:

    1.Squish up papaya fruit put it on your face

    2.squish up banana and honey mix it up

    3.or you could try putting yogurt on your face

    -Wash your face 2 times a day. One when you wake up, another before you go to sleep.

    -Avoid touching your face. The oil on your hands really can damage your skin!
