    especially butterfly ask a friend to watch u swim butterfly and youll see every muscle in your back

  3. -- Rowing exercises: you can use free weights, barbells, cables, whatever

    -- Plank exercises:  balance your weight on your elbows and toes and try to hold your core straight for 60 seconds
