How do i get a itunes account without entering a credit card #?

i have an ipod and i wanted to get somethings from the free application list but when i try to it asks me to log in to my itunes account. i would but the problem is that i am small and my parents wont let me borrow their credit care number. i think its not nesesery cuz its free.i am really broke man

You can't. They will sent you a receipt for $0.00 if you do only get free applications.

You can go and get a prepaid credit card from any drug store. Read it I'm not sure if they will let you do that type of thing on I tunes. $25.00 will get you one.
