Submit a resume to the cruise line of your choice.  

It would be an asset if you mention you can swim, First Aid, Life Guard experience, and are capable of other things.  They want more than someone who wants to look at the tourists soaking up sun.

apply directly to the cruise line, on line ,note however for that kind of position you must not have any visible tattoos but should stress customer service and outgoing personality in your resume

I have  worked for Princess for many years and the only pool attendants they have are for maintenance and to keep the area clean they do not have life guards as such-this is either done by the Accomodation department-e.g. checking chlorine levels etc or deck dept for painting,tiling by the engineering dept. Go to the Princess Cruises website for details on how to apply for jobs at sea!
