How do i get a job at disney world/land?

iv always wanted to be Alice and work at disney world/land. How hard would it be to get the part as her ? How good would my acting skills have to be? and how old do you have to be to work there?

You actually have to audition for character roles. Here are sites which you can find all the information looking for.

Here is an example of requirements for Disney Princess Look-alike, Character and Parade Performers Audition, this auditions for these were on Aug. 7 for Disney World

Requirements:

Applicants must be at least 16 years old to audition.

Please wear comfortable clothes and shoes for the movement routine. No sandals or flip-flops.

Applicants who have auditioned in the past six months are not eligible to audition.

Current Walt Disney World® Resort Character Cast Members are not eligible to audition.

You have to be pretty good to get into disney world, they only want the best and you dont get to choose who you are or wanna be you start at the bottom and work your way up!!!
