How do i get a job working for HSN at home?

I know someone who works at home as a customer service agent for Home Shopping Network. I am very interested in this job. I have looked on the web site and there is no way to contact them accept to e-mail a Customer service rep (which I did) or to call to place an order. Does anyone have any idea how to get a job working for HSN at home as a CSR? Thanks!

Start there, and under "Join Us" click on the Open Positions Search Engine to open a small browser window.

The phone rep job is on the second page of listings, posted 28 May.
