How do i get a layout with my pic on my layout?

i know some people who have their layouts made of their pictures like little wallet sized that are repeated and i wanted my like it can someone help me like with a website to go to or something????

ok first go to

www.mywackospace.com

then go to icon collage and upload your photot and adjust it from there boarder etc...
