Question:

How do i get a manager from a quiznos fired?

This manager is not manager material.......We have had multiple complaints from when she has either sneezed, coughed, wiped her nose or something gross like that in front of customer, and while making food....The general manager fails to realize that she will be the reason that we get shut down.....The health department has been in there so many times that the employees and the officials from the health department call each other by first name. Some body please help me get rid of her ***.

  1. Go over the general manager's head. You should have a regional manager. If you can prove things like the frequent health department visits... then it shouldn't be too long until you get a change in command. :)


  2. Document all incidents,  talk to co-workers.   Ask to all sign complaint stating what she does and how harmful it is and what ramifications will be, how many times health department has been in, and so forth.  then contact district manager, and franchise owner (if franchised) and  corporate and explain situation and that the general manager also has failed to take action against this person and present allowners and coporate with list of complaints and health violations.  Ask to take immediate action.

    this one girl that worked for me said i touched her a$$ and BOOM! i was gone. no...i didnt touch her. but she thought i made her work extra hard cuz she was a spoiled rich girl....which was true. sooo she said that and i got canned.

    not that she had any, but "witnesses" are a good thing.

  4. CALL THE DISTRICT MANAGER AND LET THEM KNOW ADD ALITTLE MORE TO IT TO MAKE SURE IT HAPPENS!!

Several of you need to...call the district or regional manager (whatever you have...if both, call both).  Call corporate and leave  complaints too...that will surely help.  At the very worst, report her to the health dept and they will possibly pay fines and fire her and reopen....start looking for another job...bad managers are not always going to be replaced with good ones.

  7. Can you get her on film, somehow?  There is no more powerful piece of evidence than being caught in the act...
