    You might try pausing the movie to allow your buffer to build up.

    The best thing is to try to improve your Internet speed.

    Check your speed and connection at DSL reports and run the tweak test to learn what you can change to improve your speed. It is all free. Go here - http://www.dslreports.com/tools
