How do i get a new vehicle title in Lexington, KY, when the original one has a 'junk status'?

im not looking to sell, but buy. it was a former farm vehicle. and im looking to use it as a work truck. never been wrecked, that i know of.

Junk title, unlike a salvage title, means the vehcile can not be registered or used on the road.  Junk = parts only.

If you want it for parts, buy it.  If you are looking for something to drive, keep looking.

you cant..a junk title means its been wrecked and damaged more than it was worth.. if you want a new vehicle title, you'll have to get a new vehicle...otherwise, it looks like your trying to pull a fast one...
