How do i get a notary for a private auto sale?

this guy is letting me buy his car by making a payment every month until the car is payed off. how do we get a notary for this type of loan?

  1. A notary?  Many places have notaries.  Your bank will always have at least one on staff.  Most FedEx-Kinkos have a notary as well.  


  2. If you belong to a credit union, they will have a notary and it's probably free.
