How do i get a person off my ignore list?

i go thru my friends,then ignore list and hit stop ignoring but he keeps comming back on my ignore list,why is this happening

mail.yahoo.com sign in click options  then blocked addresses find the one you want to unblock and click remove.

The Yahoo 360 is experiencing a lot of bugs in the pages now days.. we have been informed by yahoo that they are changing to a new profile platform in the near future and most of the bugs in our pages will not be fixed.

Its a glitch in the system and since they are no longer fixing anything, it probably will forever be broken.
