How do i get a photo from Photobucket on to my Youtube avatar?

I just can't figure it out.If someone helps me get a picture on my Youtube avatar i would get them so many thumbs up!

well, i just go to photobucket/google, type in what i want, right-click it, click "save as" and store it on my computer on the desktop. then, on the youtube personal profile page, i click browse and choose the pic that i saved! its really easy! but the flie cannot be too big.
