How do i get a pic from my pictures on my computer?

i have a pic that i want rated on here how do i get it here?

Upload your pictures to a sharing site such as  photo bucket or flickr.com which is yahoo version of photo sharing site then copy and paste the url to your question. Here is an amusing pic from my album.  On flickr right click on picture copy short cut and paste short cut. to question.
