You can also search for images via keyword searches on Google at http://images.google.com . Right-click on the image and choose "Save Image As" or something similar to save an image to your hard drive. You can do the same for any web page that you go to actually (while observing copyright restrictions). Another site with public images is http://www.photobucket.com . Just do the leg work and I'm sure you will find something. This part really isn't difficult.
