How do i get a picture instead of a stupid silhouette of a guys head?

Question

i have already uploaded 2 pictures and tryed to set display or whatever for both of them but whatever i do my uploaded picture will not show!

why? what do i have to do? somebody told me"go to upload and just upload a picture from your picture folder"

well no ******* ****!

i know how to do that im not stupid!

i just cant get it to show to where everyone can see it instead of a stupid *** silhouette of a guys head!

try up loading it as an avator go to your pics set as avator cut copy and paste it the send it to yourself as an email then reply to www.avatorisontheway.com    That should work .........

TO CUSTOMIZE YOUR AVATAR.

1> Click the “appearance” tab to choose the eyes and hairstyle, skin color and other things.

2> Click the “apparel” tab to choose the outfit.

3> Click the “extras and background” to get other odds and ends and choose background.

Once you've customized your avatar, don't forget to scroll down to the bottom of the Profile page and press "Preview", and then "OK" in the next screen.

TO GET A PHOTO/CUSTOM PICTURE AS YOUR AVATAR.

If you want a photo/custom picture as your avatar you need to make a yahoo 360 page. http://360.yahoo.com/login.html?.done=ht...

The photo needs to be saved on your computer as a jpg file, don't worry about the size to much yahoo will adapt it.    

1> Click "my page”.

2> "edit personal photo"

3> “browse” choose the photo, click save, Set as primary and save.

4> Go to your “edit my profile” http://answers.yahoo.com/my/my_edit  click  Ã¢Â€Âœuse my yahoo 360 picture” scroll down and press "preview", and then "OK" in the next screen.

And your done.

Some users are experiencing a delay with the 360 avatar showing. it can take some time to show but it will eventually so try to be be patient.
