how do i get a cartoon picture for my yahoo account?

**IF you need step-by-step instructions, please follow this -- Open an extra page / window::

1) Go to http://avatars.yahoo.com/

2) Click on "Preferences" in small blue fonts at the top right of the page;

3) Select your Avatar Gender;

4) Then Click on "Appearance" in white fonts at the tool-bar;

5) Select the Face & Hairstyles you like;

6) Then click on "Apparel" for clothes/outfits;

7) Then click on "Extras" for Hats, Bags, etc.;

8) Then click on "Backgrounds", select the one you like;

9) There is also "Branded", you will find lots of branded clothes, etc.;

10) Then click on "Save Changes" in Orange Box (left side of the page below to the Avatar);

Come Back to Yahoo Answers page;

Click on your grey shadow picture;

You will get your "My Profile" page;

Click on "Edit My Info" in blue fonts located next to your name, points, level;

You will get "Edit My Profile" page;

Select "Use My Yahoo! Avatar" at Picture column;

Click on "Preview", then Click on OK.

Click on your name.

Click on 'Edit My Info', find the picture option.

Choose the one all the way on the right (Avatar).

Create a picture and add it to your profile.
