How do i get a pokemons IQ up all the way on PMD2. is there a way?

Sometimes for completing a mission, you get Nectar, which boosts IQ by a full star every time. You can also get them from appraised boxes.

eat gummi's and get a lot u will need a lot and keep on eating gummi's ur  

type if u don't have gummi's ur type then just get other gummi's =]
