How do i get a prize on my webkinz's bday?

usually if it was your webkinz birthday you would get  a cake and a letter in your webkinz mailbox, but if someone knows your username and password they could have taken it earlier that day.

all u get is a peice of cake and a letter saying "your pet, ______, is one year older! help celebrate witha peice of birthday cake in you dock"

well there would be a peice of birthday cake on you dock and a letter in your mailbox.. Be sure to check if it is that day!!!! i'll send you a little present if or is your webkinz B Day.

that's strange....usually, "your furry friends at webkinz" send you a letter saying that it is your pet's birthday, and they give you a piece of cool, colourful birthday cake.
