  1. you should be able to cancel your paypal payment,

if not open a dispute with paypal and inform them, you will have to give them the paypal transaction id. and also supply them with the postal order number and they will look into it.

If the seller has cashed the postal order paypal with refund your money and as for feedback make sure you put on there that the seller does not answer emails etc.

keep emailing the seller you never know they might eventually answer.

Good luck and get going with the dispute,............. dont leave it

Edit:  a Echeque is through paypal it just means it does not clear straight away and takes a while to clear in the seller's paypal.

  2. if you did it through paypal you can dispute it with paypal and get your money back asap!

  3. sorry, you have lost it, its gone, same happened to me through pay pal, they will only refund you £££ if the is £ in the sellers account, if theres no funds in there pay pal account we the eBay customer loose out, its hidious i know but its a bitter pill we have both swallowed...

  4. you don't

    Sorry.

But what you can do is rather than send back the product, re-sell it.

If you bought it, someone else is bound to.

  5. that;s is very aesy, in ebay, you can found a link, CONTACT THE SELLER, so send a message, and ask anyting you want, and dont laeve feedback before you recibe your item..

  6. I'm guessing e-cheque isnt through Paypal so I think what the first post said is out.   At this point just keep contacting her and then if she doesnt return it then post a big negative feedback on her profile.  When other people see it they may not want to buy from her and it will ruin her reputation as a legitimate seller.  You maybe able to dispute the e cheque through the bank but I dont know.

  7. If you go to the main Ebay account page, you can link to Ebay live chat.  As the name suggests, you can chat live to an Ebay representative who can talk you through the procedure of what to do, step by step.  You can even print off the conversation afterwards, so you have a chance to review what was said and what action you need to take.  You'll need the seller's Ebay name and the reference number of the item number under dispute.  The representatives are very patient and will provide you with links to relevant screens where you can link through to forms to fill in, etc.  They'll help you step by step with which boxes to tick and what to type in, etc.
