You can use the tool at http://www.unituedsleuths.com/reverse-ph... which searches all the free resources such as Whitepages and Google for information and then returns what it can find.

If it can't find any info for free, it shows you the best way to do it anyway.

i go to anywho dot com it give you home and work numbers reversed but not cell phones
