I'm in my teen years, so I can't have surgery yet, but i keep on trying to lose face fat. I'm thin, and my arms are super thin, and it seems all my fat goes up to my face and legs, why is this so? I want to have cheekbones, should i do a diet, what should i eat for fast results? Are there any facial excercises that ACTUALLY WORK? And... do carbohydrates go directly to your face?

  1. Losing weight makes you lose fat of all your body, but you should be aware because not everybody can lose face fat. Personally I can't, I tried everything because, just like you, I wanted to have cheekbones, but I realised that not everyone can have it, depends on you face structure, I can't and now I'm really happy with my a little fat face and non-fat body.

  2. Sometimes it depends on where the fat in your body goes. For some, it goes on their 'rear end' for some it goes on their thighs, for me it goes straight to my belly and my face a little too.  It's just you have to lose the fat in your body, there's no other way.
