well block the fan (cause they can turn on at random times) and just reach in there and pull it out. maybe cut it out.

What year and model of truck it helps

I'd first disconnect the battery that will keep the fan from turning on, then with a sharp scissors or knife cut the puppet apart, making sure to get all the little pieces out. Then reconnect the battery and go on your way.
