  1. Bench Press dude! Get a weight that is just a little difficult and keep up with that. Increase when too easy. Good luck! Impress the ladies!


  2. If you're like my brother, skinny as a string bean, he did lots of bench presses.  He also did other reps with free weights.  But the key is to make sure you are getting enough calories. Drink protein shakes, and he even switched to milkshakes some times.  It's not just exercise; it's also what you eat.  The calories that you are eating turn into muscle.  It's been a year now and he's gain 20 lbs. of muscle.
