How do i get a swimmers body?What workouts do i have to do and how many hours or times do i have to swim?Would i have to do water arobics or water exercises?I would like to get fit for the summer and i hear that swimmers bodies are better looking bodies.

  1. start swimming. 4 times a week for 6 weeks and you will have bowflex results. dont do water arobic, that will help u loose weight but will not build muscle. workouts shold last 45min at least. good luck.


  2. When I was in high school we had 2, two hour practices a day. I'd also had water polo for an hour 2 to three days a week on top of that.  It's a really  big commitment, but it does pay off :-)  I wouldn't waste any time with water aerobics.
