How do i get a tight body like volleyball players?

i was at the gym the other day and looking at these girls playing volleyball.. their bodies are amazing. really tight looking legs and but. like their legs almost look bigger but they look really nice. how can i get a body like that without playing volleyball lol?

  1. squats, shuffles, pushups, crunches, lunges, broad jumps, karyoke, highknees. and alot of cardio.


  2. you do a lot of squats and lunges and running.

    stadiums are good too

    we do lots of those!

    push ups

    crunches

    work both upper body and lower body

    that's mainly what we do in vball.

  3. work out a lot. Thats wut i do.

    Sit ups help. Running would also help work out in the gym, weight lifting stuff like that;)
